Daoist Services

I am a student in the Quanzhen Longmen Dantai Bidong Zong Daoist lineage. As a practicing Daoist, I offer certain spiritual and religious services.

What does my Daoism mean for you?

As a result of my daily practice, I hold a spacious mindset and can share the stillness and clarity I am actively cultivating. I am also able to assist with spiritual and emotional healing, divination (yijing), and making your physical and bodily environment better suited for you (fengshui and acupressure).

HEALING PRACTICES

I am honored to be able to offer the following healing and mantic practices:

Notably, yijing divination, fengshui, and Chinese medicine are not "Daoist" - in fact they've often been proscribed in Daoist communities.

Yet many Daoists offer these practices to help others.

The Daoist medicine I offer is not Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am not trained in that. I have, however, studied Daoist Medicine - which is a spiritual practice - at Five Immortals Temple and more extensively with my teachers at Parting Clouds.

CONFESSION

Confession is a critical tool of Daoist self-cultivation. It consists of regretting missteps, repenting the misstep, resolving to do differently, and then, most critically, actually doing better in the future. Confession underlies being better.

This can be extremely powerful work. While Daoist confession does not require sharing your wrongs with another person, I can help provide you spiritual guidance and Daoist medicine that can help you if we do discuss these issues.

Confessional work is privileged and neither of us can (generally) be compelled to share what we discuss in the form of confession.

Be better.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I offer full confidentiality, including, where appropriate, the attorney-client privilege and the priest-penitent privileges. These mean that, absent an exception, I cannot be compelled to divulge your secrets, not even in court.
